Terms and Conditions

The functionality of our online store is adapted to the Audio Alto production model. Our products are made to order, so we do not keep the products in stock. We have in stock some speaker cabinets, enclosures and electronic modules of some standard models. In this way, we can adapt to your wishes regarding the options and finishing of the product you want to order.

We do not accept payments online (via the Internet) in the AA online store. Your “Checkout” action in our online store informs us about this, and we will respond to your wishes with an email response. In this way, together we will find the best solution to fulfill your wishes when configuring the product. We will agree on all product and payment details by mail or phone.

30-Day Risk-Free Trial
We are confident that you will love your purchase, but no doubt, having Audio Alto products in your intimate home setting is the only way to truly test them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days, subject to the following terms:

  • Returned product must be in new condition with no signs of damage or abuse, including scratches, blemishes, chips, cracks, etc.
  • Returns must be made using the original packaging correctly to avoid damage in transit. Contact us for proper packing instructions if needed.
  • Custom products projects, special requests, custom paint colors or finishes, and non-standard veneers are not eligible for returns and/or refunds.
  • Purchaser pays return shipping costs and is responsible for packaging and all delivery arrangements.

5-Year Warranty
Audio Alto warrants all parts (except vacuum tubes) of its products for up to 5 years, except for defects due to improper or unreasonable use, accidents and changes or modifications, or in the case of burnt voice coils of the speaker system.

In the event of a product defect or malfunction, the customer must send the product for repair to our address. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Delivery
Before ordering, please note that all our products are made to order. Once we have agreed on the appearance and content of the product (options), the product can be completed and shipment arranged. Delivery time is agreed before the final confirmation of the order and can be up to 10 weeks.

Auditions
Our current business model includes listening in our showroom or in our partner showroom. Although we attend some audio equipment fairs where prospective customers can hear our products in person, we firmly believe that the best way to listen is in your space. We offer a 30-day trial period so you can return the product if you are dissatisfied for any reason. We need a purchase receipt to make a refund.

Order Cancelation and Refund
To request a refund before your order is delivered, please contact us via email at info@audioalto.com or phone at +386 41 399 256. Because our manufacturing process begins shortly after an order is made, we charge a 10% cancellation fee to process refunds. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping
In Slovenia the shipping is included with purchase.

In other EU states/territories and countries, we partially cover shipping costs based on comparable rates to Slovenia and the customer pays the difference.
